Armor Attack Image On An Angle

I just got this monitor working today and when I was finished this is what I got. The picture looks great besides it being on an angle. I did not find any good info on how to adjust it back or what might be causing it. The tabs on the back of the yolk are for centering the image. There must be some other yoke adjustments? Second picture confirms the board is good when I hooked it up to a spare monitor.

Rotate yoke 45 degrees. (carefully with power off)

I love this game! It's fun glitching the helicopter so it stops shooting at you.
