I bought this about a year ago. I finally started working on it a few months ago. After getting into it I ended up doing more than originally intended. I ended up putting red acrylic panels on the front and thought it would be cool to mount them via velcro. If needed I can change colors in a few minutes. This also completely hid the nasty front side of the machine. This machine was originally a time pilot and I think it spent some time in the water. The bottom was half disconnected and warped pretty bad. I refabbed the bottom and reinstalled it.
The sides were missing chunks at the bottom. Fixed them by cutting a chunk of aluminum and screwing it into the sides. This hid nearly everything that was really bad on the side of the game. This was a fun project and turned out better than I thought it would. You might ask, how do you play a game. I ended up mounting the credit switch just behind the red panel. Pressing slightly in the center of the panel, activates the switch. This way, I did not have to sandblast the coin door.
