Arizona Collectors meet up!

If you're an AZ Collector and haven't gotten an invite, send me a PM here or email me at my email in my sig for details.

If you email, include your KLOV nick name so I know who you are :D

Wish I lived in AZ. Looks like you have an Amazing Collection:cool:

Bumping, since this is tomorrow. Hopefully, the weather isn't crappy! We never get rain, but we're being flooded the last few days. Our airport actually stopped flights last night and this morning.

Looking forward to meeting a bunch of fellow local collectors. And I already know that Brien is a great host! :D

Good thing it's indoors! :D

Just got back from it. Good times. My Vs. SMB now works! :D

Brien, thanks again for the very cool party, and it was nice meeting several of the people that I only knew on here. Good group of folks. And someone even brought a female to the party.

That was a lot of fun, Brien. Thanks!! I'm so happy to have my Asteroids back to its old self again. :)

It was really great getting to meet a bunch of you guys, and yep, I'm the guy who accidentally traded Brien hand trucks. Just let me know when you want me to swing by, and we'll trade back. Sorry 'bout that.

Glad everyone had a good time! First time for a Repair Party and it turned out pretty well.

Games fixed (mostly by JROK :D):

Super Mario Brothers
- Had a bad Cherry Switch on the 2nd Player going right
- Was missing Light Bulb and Replaced Starter
- Still needs a Cap Kit.

Gravitar
- Power Cord was missing ground pin, so replaced.
- Enemies would always shoot one direction only. Bad Pokey
- No Sound. Bad LM374

Asteroids
- Loud Annoying Noise. Turns out a couple of sounds were stuck on, don't recall which chips were replaced (will have to look them up).

Star Wars
- Power Cord was hacked up and missing ground pin, so replaced.
- AVG was acting up, so reseated chip and that fixed the graphics issues.
- Monitor still needs a Cap Kit.

Had a blast yesterday Brien, thanks for having us over! Star Wars is playing great!

It was fun putting faces to all the screen names here!

Thanks to Brien for hosting with such an amazing arcade.
Can't complain about free pizza and really helping everyone get their games working right!
Forgot how much fun 'funhouse' is!
And yes, there was 1 girl there!

All in all I'm sure this will lead up to more meets ups in the future between members here in AZ.
