Just a Little hint when fixing atari power supplies.
After you recapped a power supply, the voltages will tend to go on the high side. There is a good chance you will have to adjust the voltage afterwards.
If you tap the potentiometer that controls the voltage and the voltage spikes up or down. You got a dirty pot and little contact cleaner will help or you can replace it.
Don't use flux remover because it is known to attack the plastics. Pot don't work well if they are a mushy melted state.
