Arena pin will not start a game after battery removal.

Connected J1 only of the mpu, no fuse blow after 200 seconds. Disconnecting and moving to the transistor boards on the back of the digital display.

I connected each digital transistor board individually and ran each for 200 secs, no issue. Guess the next stop is the driver board...

Driver board ran for 200 seconds with all connectors on it and no fuse fail.

I guess next step is to hook up j1 again on the mpu and connect the interconnect and see what happens.

Some of this is fun, some not, lol.

Hooked up interconnect, no fuse blown. I let it run for 150 secs and no fuse blow. But, I just found a spot where I can see wires got hot.

The wires were for the ramp lights, connectors A9P4 and A9J4. I still smell something burning but don't know if it's the wire casing, the fuse slowly cooking, or something else, but at least I got some updates today. One of the wires on the light side of that connector totally melted out of its casing! So many mysteries here :(

Status update: I spoke with one of the local repairers here and, after seeing pics of the mpu, they are recommending I source a new one. I'm still thinking things over.

The preferred replacements are no mo, apparently. Looks like my mpu is "going on a trip initsfavoriterocketship"...

Update: COC is hoping to start work on my board next week. I feel like I should pull out my DM Guide and perform a chant, or something.
