Area51 Hair Puller Help

check voltages to the gameboard, but that screams boardset issue to me unfortunately. ID do a self test to see if you have some bad ram or something...

Believe me I did volt adj on the +5 from 4.7 through 5.3 - no change. +12 was right on and tracked tightly as did the -5vdc. Every test passed, new HDD x 2 both spares did fine. I'm starting to think board set also. Anyone have a schematic of this duo board. Its post video ram since all tests pass.

Do you see any corrosion anywhere?

There's a schematic on the main site of this board, in the manuals section.

Tried the remove and clean all socketed chips. NADA!

This video issue appears to be overlay video foreground. Anyone been this deep into the main board to point to the chip(s) that integrate the forgroung video to the disk based video?

I'm going to hunt down the schematic too. Thanks for the reference!

It there a tech or repair facility that can repair this board (HAPP?) and any idea on cost??
