are these the yoke "headers"?

I'm trying to find the cold solder joints on my Berzerk monitor that are causing random vertical collapse, and was told to check the "yoke headers". Are these what are being recommended to check?

Yes. Those are the pins the yoke plugs into. Most monitors only have one set, I don't know what that picture is from.?
 
Those appear to be deflection headers. Look on the opposite side of the PCB, where the pins go through the board and are soldered. The stress of people plugging/unplugging the connector tends to fatigue and crack the solder joints at headers.

Looks like a Wei-Ya replacement chassis.

There are 2 sets of headers because the pins are swapped on each one. This means if your picture is upside down, just use the other header, as they swap the V and H lines for you, instead of you needing to cut the yoke connector in half and flipping it yourself.

For those types of connectors, the wider spaced pair is H and the narrower spaced pair is V, and that's the way it's labeled. If your wires are colored in the standard scheme, V = Yellow + Green, H = Red + Blue.
