I've used them a few times, but I haven't been there in about a year, or longer.
It's convenient since I can drive over there to drop off and pick up, plus they can do repairs while you wait. They do or did have a separate area when they sell old games. Usually not the kinds of deals KLOV people are looking for but still kind of cool to browse through, especially if you are waiting while they fix your stuff.
Typically I try to fix the monitor myself and after everything has been tried and there is still a problem, I bring it there. If you take a send a monitor there expecting preventative maintenance like a full cap kit, you won't be happy. All they do is find the problem you are currently having and fix that.
