It seems like there are a few mini pac's and centipedes and tempests out there, but less than a few years ago. Why??

And why don't we ever see a bunch of titles for sale from Scott C's list?
Food Fight
Liberator
Gravitar
Fast Freddie
Black Widow
Space Wars
Front Line
Polaris

Is anyone ever selling any of those?
Or even Gorf, Tron, and Missile Command. We don't see them often enough...

I think in general there is a lot less cabarets out there, and the ones that are left have found collector's hands, and they're not selling. People are very passionate about their cabarets.

I recently (within the last 5 months) picked up 3 dead cabarets.
battlezone
omega race
solar fox

I spent 50 hours and $300 getting the battlezone working(paid $200-$250 for it dead)
I spent 3-4 hours and $125 getting the solar fox working
I traded the omega race to arcrevival (he got it working)

after all of that shit, I don't really want to get rid of them. :)

There is a missile command cabaret at the local arcade (galloping ghost) i want it so bad

it is the smallest arcade game i have seen ever!

it so wimpy

They arent easy to find at all. At one time I had 8 but im now down to 5. Im to the point now that if I ever want any more I probably going to have to have them shipped and that can really add to the price. You would think as big as Texas is there would be more around here but that doesnt seem to be the case. Most of them seem to be either on the east or west coast.

Mini are fun but not so easy to find...
Centipede mini is nice but the cab is still heavy lol
Lady bug mini.. Was a converted cab I don't think I will ever find the parts for it lol...
European phoniex is fun play but funky to look at..
Pac/ms PAC mini had a fist size hole in the cab but I got back together..
Current mini project is the mini super PAC.
It's a sad sight and just about everything on it is in need of repair..
It's got sound and a repaired joystick but no video yet..
Waiting for parts on the power supply..

The mini super PAC will be sold. It just not my grail and if you know me things that are not my grail will leave my collection and become someone else grail.

I try to find minis around Colorado and it's tough. I got my Polaris at the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown last year and it is definitely one of the last games I would consider selling.

Oddly enough, here in Austin TX, the only mini's I've ever bought have been Sega minis: Hang-On and Turbo Outrun. As a big SEGA freak, I love them. Other collectors have a Space Invaders trimline, a Turbo mini, and Super Monaco mini. The local classic arcade only had one mini a Centipede (it had vanished prior to my last visit to Pinballz). They are out there, but are pretty rare even in very well established collections. Cocktails are much more common.

Food Fight

This one probably doesn't exist.

I'm currently selling a bunch of cabarets. They're not common at all - hardly anyone knows what they are when they see them. But they're awesome.

Yeah I"m eyeballing your tron trying to decide if I have the cash or not. I figure arcrevival could haul it back whenever he does his next run.

I love 'em, but don't see them come up often. Two of my three have been from people who had no idea they were minis. I also saw a Tempest get sold and the seller recognized it was different, but thought it was an "early version."

I have limited space, so I prefer minis over uprights.

And if you werent so far away id allready have that DK sitting in my house. To me $400 is a steal for that and im one of those that people like to call a tight ass.

Just scored a millipede cabaret nos art work only one side. Silly me now. Have to track down the game laughs.

Good luck - I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist! Can anyone else chime in on this?

Show us what you've got though; I'm interested.

Is that the stuff that was on eBay? I think that was a inkjet job...I've never heard of a millipede cabaret.

I never heard of one too. It was advertised as NOS. When it shows up I will know by the touch and the smell of it.

If it is one It would be a score! If not I just give it away to a friend.

Same here. DK Cabaret is on my must-have list.

Fast Freddie, Millipede, and Black Widow were made in the Euro style cabinet, but not the smaller American version of the Atari cabaret (see pictures). There are numerous games on the list that people don't believe exists, but games have been found. Todd Tuckey and I have spent countless hours researching the games for the list, so I feel pretty good about it. Also, keep in mind, Todd owns almost all of the games on the list.

As for fewer minis, cabarets, and trimlines around today. I think the previous posts said it well... these are generally harder to find, there are fewer games in the world today, and what remains is mostly in the hands of collectors, etc. I would love to have many more of these cabinets (games), but some are just to expensive or expensive to ship here (Bubbles is a good example).

I am always looking for most pictures, so if you have a game on the list that I don't have pictures for, please let me know!

There have been a couple posted on the east coast on CL recently. Here's one.

The other was in South Jersey, I believe.
