ttl's are pretty common. you have a 6502 cpu (lots of atari pcb use it) and an eprom which can be cleaned and burned. thats all that stands out to me.
 
There's a simtek battery backed nvram, but it's likely dead as old as it is.
 
Pull all the TTLs! Plenty of classics use 74LS244 and '02s.

An assortment of TTL chips is a nice thing to have if you own old arcade machines. In my experience, they are by far the most common failure on an arcade boardset. They aren't particularly valuable, but having them onhand is better than having to order them.
