Many have probably already dealt with Steven at Arcadeshop, but if you haven't, and you're looking for that single piece, or an entire solution for a game you're putting together, definetly don't hesitate.

I bought an entire set-up for a conversion to 60-1. I'd never dealt with Jamma, or multi-games before and Steven spent a long time with me on the phone walking me through the process.

More recently, I ordered a bunch of parts, including a bunch of buttons. One of the red buttons was very slightly off from the others, as if the plastic was made in a different batch. It's the kind of thing you would never, ever notice unless it was pointed out. It could have passed, but I'm anal about my restorations and mentioned it to Steven. The next morning, before I woke up the shipment notice was in my email, and a replacement arrived a couple days later.

I ordered some t-molding, a midway coin door plate and new kickplate molding.

With the t-molding, Steve asked what game it was for, and let me know that the ms. pac-man it was going to go on used the leather-texture, not smooth. I was already aware, and preferred the smooth, but it was nice to see that he wanted to make sure I got the right item.

Steve is good people and I've always been happy with Arcadeshop's service. Don't hesitate to order over the phone.

Same here. Probably a half dozen orders with them in the 3 years I've been collecting and never a problem. I do wish occasionally that they had an online ordering system, but ordering over the phone is a personal touch to doing business that I seriously miss at times, so no complaints from me. :)
