Hey Everyone,

Going to visit the area next month and wondering if anyone knew of any good or decent arcades in the Lake George area. Figured some local people would know where to go for any vids and pins.

Thanks,

Lance

Holy crap! I was just there last night! The annual fireman's parade was last night and today. We happen to sit right in front of Funland Arcade. There is another arcade on the opposite corner (Main St and Canada) and another on the same side as Funland to the North. Funland had the most classics. The other one to the North (can't recall the name) had a Ms. Pac and cockpit Pole Position (I played PP but couldn't hear the sound and the steering wheel was VERY lose). Oh, yeah. Funland had a cockpit Afterburner that the motion still worked. Some idiot put a big bolt through the joystick on the right side. I had to play lefty.

I thought there were 2, my wife knew of a third and we walked up to it. I played Terminator Salvation there also.

Oh man, not you too Ben!

Well I guess the forum will be a little lighter next week because you too have to log off for ONE week! :)

sweet, thanks for the replies and even a few pics to boot! Are those near the southern part of the lake near the main beach area?

Yes, right at the intersection in front of the "Million Dollar Beach". Can't miss them. Enjoy.

I've been going to Lake George my entire life. My great uncle was an engineer on the Minnie-Ha-Ha.

As mentioned already they have more than you would think all in the same area.

Funland Arcade is the spot though. Just the fact that they have Funhouse, Twilight Zone, and Adams Family pinball machines is sweet!

AWESOME! I will be going there the next chance I get!

As of a couple weeks ago, those 3 pins are still in the first arcade. Also an elvis pin which is fun to play. Other classics that are there: cockpit afterburner, millipede/ centipede?, ms pac and a few others I cant remember.

Yah! I look forward to some Twlight Zone, Adams Family, After Burner! Anyone know of a local Star Trek The Next Generation pin?
