This movie is about Mr. Walter Day, his life and his journey after Twin Galaxies. Also stars Billy Mitchell, Steve Wiebe and others. Directed by Ed Cunningham producer of The King of Kong.

I'm an avid movie goer with an AMC A-list and Regal Unlimited Subscription and I loved watching this movie, having done so twice at separate premiers.

Easily one of the best movies I've seen the past few years. My buddies Paul Dean, @dewmanSNK and Alfredo went with me the first time and also loved it.

Dragged the missus and our non Arcade friends to the 2nd viewing. She went kicking and screaming not wanting to see it. But ended up loving the movie also and couldn't stop talking about it for a week.

Please give it a try if looking for an inspirational, heartwarming true story about an icon of the arcade world and the Father of E-Sports.

If you enjoy the movie, please share the link with friends, family and social media. We really need more movies like this :)

Also Mr. Day recently released his album, so if you like the songs in the movie, please also support :)

It can be purchased here:

Thank you for looking :)

You can also listen to this album on youtube music for free if you are so inclined.

All I can say is no thank you though. I gave the album a chance by listening to a few songs, but yeah no thank you.

Can't please everyone, Can respect not everyone will like it. I haven't had a chance to listen to the full album but am a fan of Walter's song "Hold Me" which is featured in the movie. Has that 80's vibe going and I love that genre…and don't mind spending a little cash to support his project,

Sharing this email that accompanied the release, which truly was a labor of love:

Ps - attached is Walter's album art and we've created a set of liner notes and his lyrics as part of the download with still taken from the film. After hearing his music for over twenty years and hundreds of times during post on this film, I still bop my head and smile when I hear it again.

Is there a track list for the album anywhere? (I checked the site, and didn't see one.)

I actually really like Walter's music. Whether you love or hate him, he's passionate about creating music, and making an album has always been his lifelong dream. It's hard to not be happy seeing anyone achieve a lifelong goal.

I really liked the pieces of songs he played in Chasing Ghosts. He may not be the strongest performer, but that's really separate from being a songwriter. And when it comes to songwriting, chords, and arranging, he objectively has a talent for it. That doesn't mean everyone has to love what he produces, but he understands and speaks the language of music.

Thanks for posting this.

Haven't listened to the album yet myself… But don't know how anyone won't like his song "Hold Me" that is featured in the film.

I seriously like this song :)
