I was recently at Disneyworld and saw this shirt. Had to get it. I could do without the super mario bros reference, but I imagine that it's as good as it gets (for a arcade related disney shirt). Of course, my daughter gave me the usual rolleyes/here we go again response that is pretty standard now when I mention anything arcade related!

Glad I'm not the only one who gets that. I get it from my son and my GF. Constantly. I obviously have issues hahaha

Not "I" but don't WE all get that treatment!

I'm going next year, I see it was in the animal kingdon, but what store was it in???

pretty cool shirt, what store in Animal Kingdom did you get it at? I recently went to Disney World and the Arcade and Space Mountain {both connected together in same buliding} are closed till winter

We were at WDW in March and my wife and son casually mentioned that they saw that shirt while in Animal Kingdom earlier in the day (I was at DisneyQuest at the time). I actually drove them back to Animal Kingdom and sat in the parking lot while they trekked back through the park to buy just the shirt.

The obsession knows no bounds...

I rarely even notice the "rolled eyes" looks any more.

- The shirt was at Serka Zong Bazaar just outside Expedition Everest in Animal Kingdom.

I actually got it at the Maharaja Cart which is sitting on the corner of the beginning of the path from Africa to Asia. I did see it at some other store, too probably the one Pete mentioned (I wouldn't be surprised if it's elsewhere, too, but it's not everywhere). In the pic attached, where I got it is circled in red, the store Pete mentions is blue.

I was disappointed that Space Mountain was closed. It was one that I was really looking forward to.

I just now changed the pic to more accurately reflect the location that Pete was referring to.

I was there in May and didn't notice them.. but I didn't notice much as the day we spent at Animal Kingdom was a write-off due to rain..

BTW what is the Super Mario reference?

I thought that the shape that the pac maze was in looked like a mushroom, and mickey's holding what looks like a plant coming out of a tube. But your statement made me give it a second thought, and I suppose that the shape of the pac maze is probably intended to be the 'iconic' tree of Animal Kingdom. Still unsure about what Mickey is holding...

The maze does look to be a tree and Mickey is holding a small plant coming out of a little pot. I think that is part of the "green" aspect of planting trees and whatnot.

That makes sense. I don't really have any love for super mario (never had a NES - those were C-64 days...) and the apparently incorrect initial assumption of it referencing super mario was degrading it a bit, sorta/kinda. More like it was a poor design that tried blending games. sorta
