Arcade Shop Multi Williams Harness

just talked to steven @ arcadeshop on this. it is a complete plug and play harness. already has molex connectors and what not attached. steven did say it has connectors between the main harness and control panel, so you can unplug the control panel from the main harness. and it does have 4 +5 wires and either 4 or 6 grounds, so that you don't get edge connector burn and high resistance like you do with those shitty 10 dollar harnesses.

so, it's essentially like bob roberts' super super jamma harness, but everything is already built, so you don't have to crimp pins and all that jazz.

Awesome exactly what I needed to know. Appreciate the info.

I live by Arcadeshop's Complete Jamma and Multi Williams harnesses, they are well worth the extra money. You can wire a Jamma cabinet in 10 minutes as opposed to an hour.

Be forewarned though - The harnesses are made to plug and play with the 20AMP Happ Power Pro power supplies, not the 15a switchers. You will have to build a 9 pin molex connector if you plan on using the 15a.

you're talking about this power supply, right? or is this the one i'd need to modify.

That is the one that would require a modification. The one they WANT you to buy looks like a computer power supply (probably because it essentially is).

yeah, i'm kinda leaning on going with bob roberts' super duper harness. that way, everything will be the length and whatnot that i need.

if you are looking for easy, that is the way to go!

It can be done for cheaper, but with more hassle (like pretty much everything else in life, right).
