Look up capemaycountyherald.com to see a lawsuit w\Randy Senna. There have been a few past threads about this guy. Infact I think a few klovers have him as an avatar.

Sounds like he has been sued before! And it won't be the last time he is sued.

In our hobby, "Randy" means "Randy Fromm", in which case this thread probably would have been bad news. The article is about Randy Senna (the kook from Wildwood) getting screwed over, which is good news. Awesome.

For those that may have missed it, the guy in the article is known on KLOV as screwing over Game_Girl on a cabinet purchase he did with her on eBay. Details are here:

I was thinking the same thing reading that headline. Glad it's not Randy Fromm.

Sorry about the "Randy" confusion in the title. I`m surprised this guy has lasted this long in Wildwood. I`ve met many people down here who compare him to anthrax(no,not the metal band).

If I read the first post in that thread right the seller stated the game would ship within 3 days and it took 5 days. So how did the buyer screw the seller? Seems the seller didn't meet their own auction terms. If I'm reading this wrong please correct me.

I know it is a pain, but read the whole thread. Game girl admitted the problem on her side and was trying to work it out. The other guy was really out to get it for free because of her mistake. Needless to say, Klov'ers started posting on his YouTube videos and bashing him, then he found the thread on Klov and registered. Kind of a mini epic thread in all of it's klov'ian glory.

In the end game girl made it right enough for him not to ding her eBay feedback. It really came across as feedback extortion and Randy wanting something for nothing.

Oh goodness. Just glad I'm not the one dealing with him this time.

You need to read the whole thread to get the whole story. He was trying to cheat me out of the game entirely from the beginning.

You can ask anyone that I have shipped to, I ship quickly and the items go out when I say they will go out. If something does come up I immediately inform the buyer.
