I love it. Have listened to it for a long time while I am at work. I am listening to it right now in fact...Sega - Magical Sound Shower - Outrun...nice...

I am adding content as it comes available too. Now over 15 hours of gaming songs and content (not counting the 70/80s classics), and songs are not supposed to repeat. Peter did a great job loading it up in the beginning and I was very happy to have been gifted it from Peter a couple years ago. As you can see we can't change the name from peterhirschberg to myself so Peter's name continues to be apart of the station, which I am glad. Also, Michael over at GoodDealGames.com has generously given me tons of content from when he ran gooddealgames radio. That is where many of the mini interviews came from. So lots of love has been poured into this over the years. If you pay $5 I think you can remove all the "live 365" Ads. If you listen alot it's totally worth it.

I am thinking about adding a movie soundtrack night - playing songs from soundtracks of 80's movies. Just to mix it up a bit more. And also considered having a Weird Al Night :)

If you guys ever have any suggestions for content please let me know. And glad you are all enjoying it. There is nothing else like it that I have found.

little bit confused here i thought this was only on Saturday nights?

Saturday night is 70/80s tunes. The station normally runs songs about classic gaming the other days/nights. There are more songs about classic games then you probably know. You really need to listen any time in addition to Saturday to really hear the gaming tunes :) It runs 24/7.

And for more Peter Hirschberg lovin, try out the match game he helped bring to life for me on GameGavel.com. You can tell he has had a hand in this I think. Great retro look with scan lines.

The entire Buchner and Garica Pac Man Fever album is on there. And Weird Al did the Pac Man/Tax Man parody and it's on there too. Just need to keep listening :) Like I said, over 15 hours of classic gaming songs, commericals, interview on there. I think every classic game related song past and present is in the play list. And on slight occasion I come across new ones and add them in.

Some of my favorites are the entire collection of songs from R. Cade and the Video Victims :)

Someone tell me how I can download these as individual mp3's so I can weed out the ones I don't care about and end up with a nice collection for playing in my game room!!!

Rise from your Grave! Is there a list of the tracks available now that live365 died

Is the playlist archived somewhere. I loved the stream too and captured many hours of it to listen to off-line.

Problem is.. Live365 is gone now. Does anyone have the playlist so I can try to figure out what song is which? There was a song that I was thinking about where one of the lines is "Commodore 64 is better, Commodore 64 is better. Atari - Atari - Atari doesn't figure"

If someone could point it out or PM me the list or whatever, that would be really cool. Some of the tracks were so obscure that a Google search isn't getting me results. Or, maybe I am just searching wrong. :)

(maybe it is the same as this? http://www.chiptune.rocks/playlist.php)

Thanks!

Not that this helps much, but the album by "R. Cade and the Video Victims" is still out there on eBay from time to time (I got a copy). It has "We fell in love at the video arcade," "Defender Contender," and a bunch of other songs from Retro Arcade Radio. Pretty much the whole album.

"Only Solutions" is a Journey song that played over the end credits of Tron (the original).

Mario Delivers:

You can get most of the commercials they used to play on YouTube and save just the audio.

Danny Michel's "Two Hearts" is available from Amazon off the album "Tales from the Invisible Man." It has video game references.

Those are just from memory; I can't bring any others to mind with artist names right now.
