One of my friends at work did a trade with the guy from Phoenix Arcade Repair. Part of the deal was that Phoenix Arcade Repair was supposed to fix one of his broken games. I think the guy's had it for a couple of months now. Sounds like a douche to me... plus he used to spam Craigslist like crazy. I seem to recall hearing a lot of bad stuff about him around that same time.
Firebird Pinball is terrific for pinball repair. Kris is a super nice guy. He showed up right on time, gave me an estimate, and fixed my Monster Bash in less time than he quoted. I hope none of my pins break anytime soon, but if/when they do, I know who I'm calling.
I've done business with Bob Roxy at Roxy's Gameroom a couple of times and he was a straight shooter on both occasions.
