Hey, I think I can make it in the morning. Thought I'd swing by for an hour or so in the fixing phase and check out your setup. I have a picnic in the afternoon so I'd have to leave early on.

Well I could only go for about an hour or so in the morning, but it was nice to finally put some faces to the names I've seen on the boards here for so long!

You have an awesome arcade in your basement. I loved the way you did the computerized power up sequence. The arcade carpet was cool too. I want to get some of that in my microsized arcade, if I ever get it done!

I had a great time... thanks to everyone for showing up, and thanks for the compliments on the arcade. For the most part, I think everyone had fun, and it was nice to meet some new people and meet up with others that I hadn't talked to in a while.

Wow... that's good to hear. I was a little worried that I may have missed a trace... I was in a bit of a rush, trying to get to working on some of everything. I wish I could have worked on more, but 3 hrs goes by pretty quickly. I'm glad Lonnie was able to come out there and help hook up and test some monitor stuff.

If anyone's interested in a full arcade repair day, we could definitely get something together.

Had a good time freezing in your game room (lol) and having my monitors repaired that looked like nothing was wrong with them to begin with (shows how much I know or care about monitors). Good seeing you again and meeting everyone else. I guess i'll be next up to bat with hosing a party, just got find another 10 extra hours in a day to straighten out my dungeon.

Had a good time freezing in your game room

Heh, yeah... I cranked the AC down to keep up with the extra heat from the games, but until the games caught up, it was a little chilly. I'm working on a better solution for keeping it cool, because once again, by the evening, it still got a little warmer than I would have liked down there.

But I think most people had a good time, and from a quick tally, I think there were about 50 people that showed up throughout the day, so I think it was a success.
