Great Good Afternoon-
just a few lines about a recent situation with an overlay I purchased from Arcadeoverlays. I bought a PC-10 overlay from them, and it seemed very stiff, and some of the art in the backing came off in my hands before I could adhere it. Anyway, it seemed like the product was either old or printed on a bad roll of material, and I was unable to use it for my control panel.
I contacted them via their 'orders' correspondence email account, and within an hour Todd had responded, and with no questions at all, immediately offered to make good on the overlay. I went on to explain a bit about the issue but asked him for a phone # so I could just speak with him instead of typing everything out.
Todd again responded and gave me his personal cell phone number, and when I called, he made the time to sit down and talk with me about the issue, found a possible explanation (that someone may have shipped an older overlay by accident that was printed on some bad material and then shelved) and immediately offered to print and ship me a new overlay, at no cost to me and send it out immediately. As I was hosting a party this weekend, this was great news to me, and as most of you know, sometimes you have to wait a bit to come up with some 'extra' money for this hobby, and getting an overlay or harness or something you can't use can be a bummer. Arcadeoverlays has EXCELLENT customer service, GREAT communication, and I will post the results of the new overlay once I receive it.
