Ok, so this question is not for a game, it is for a build I am planning for a Fortune Teller machine... Which leads to the question (hope this if ok to post in this section)...
I am gonna run a Picaboo controller for most of the animatronics. But I was to have a metal type globe/sphere on the outside that the player can put their hands on. And when they do, I want it to trigger a Oujui board to move. So, really I want to use the player as a conduit to complete the circuit. Any pointers the best way to rig this up. I see plenty of videos how to make a touch based on/off using a trans, but I need this to be only on when they are touching the ball. I have worked on a full motion MotoFrenzy that uses a safety type switch to complete the circuit. Basically the rider would put his or her hands on the metal grip and it would complete the circuit to the hand guard part of the grip (was a isolation plastic washer between the hand grip and the guard. Touching both parts would cause the motion part of the game to start.
So thus how I got the idea above... Really thinking of having a sphere that is cut down the middle. As a player puts one hand on both sides it would complete the circuit to start the movement on the board. And ideas?
