So about 3 years ago at a local arcade gathering a vendor was selling some arcade fridge magnets. They were little 1" (or thereabouts) round magnets with images from a variety of arcade games. I grabbed a set of 4 for Ms. Pac and another for Spy Hunter.

Fast forward a few years and I return to work one day and find that someone has taken all of them off my cube wall. Gone. Stolen.

I've looked around on the internet and have gone back to the local arcade gathering and that vendor hasn't been around for the last couple of years. Anyone have any ideas where I can find these things?

Sounds like some folk art stuff. Someone here was making multigame magnets, so I take it that it isn't overly difficult or expensive to make magnets with wraparound graphics.

I make arcade related magnets and buttons... mostly 2x3" magnets and 1" round pins/buttons, but I can do 1" round magnets as well - pm me with what you're looking for and I'll see what I can do. That sucks that someone stole them .

Here's a link to my ebay store:

I've bought a number of "Marquee" magnets off of ebay over the years. I think the vendor was "blue crab magnets"

Kinda sorta maybe near topic... been looking for a nice "arcadeish" way to hang all our cabinet key chains on the wall.

KLOV Arts & Crafts community...?

There were several people selling signs / keychain holders here.

If you poke around with the search function here you can find them.

Someone are your job stole them? What kind of coworkers do you have? That's messed up.

Most likely it was the cleaning crew. The last time someone was walking around stealing laptops out of cubes it was one of the fire alarm installers/maintenance people.

Years ago when we had offices it was a security guy who'd unlock an office and take what he wanted and then relock it.

They were all contractors.

And a huge thank you to DP Louie who not only created some super nice 1" round magnets that matched and replaced my stolen magnets and made my 'set' whole again, but he also let me mix and match some really nice 1" round magnets from his store.

What a great product and a great seller! Buy from him with confidence.
