With little entertainment here when I have downtime, I've gotten into reading the history/origins of the Arcades I remember from my youth. I never realized when younger that the main makers ran there own chains, not till much later with Namco. I remember Space Port best, never new it was an Atari Adventure, or that Alladins was Ballys. Of course I remember the Showbiz/Chuckie takeover.
Here is what I've NOT been able to find;
Anything on Sargeant Singers Pizza Circus, had the BEST games that I remember, one was near Stone Mtn. in Georgia.
Or any history on Challenges arcade (which I actually worked part time as a tech for the experience)
Anybody know about these, or share anyother stories about history??
