Arcade Games That You are Embarrassed to still Have on Your Want List?

I gotta admit, I actively sought out both Primal Rage and Rampage, and they seem to not get a lot of love. One game that still on my radar (that I may or may never actually pick up) is Arch Rivals. I know, I know, most think it's a terrible game, but when I was 16-17 years old, we played the shit out of the game at the Skill Mill Multi Level arcade in St. Cloud. I have great memories of beating the hell out of my friend Jim while we played. So anyone else actively seeking out a bonafied stinker, or is it just me?

When I was 13-15 I played the hell out of Pit Fighter before the Mortal Kombat's and SF's arrived. I still have not decided if I want to get one or not...

Please don't. Good Lord, that game is terrible. I'd much rather play Primal Rage that's how bad it is. :)

The only game I could think of that guys probably wouldn't care for is Willow.

Arabian! Many people think the game blooooowss! But I can't believe how many quarters I put in that one in Foxfield theaters (RIP). So many good memories of that game!

i'd take a primal rage at the right price or a rampage, Rampage was fun as hell and who doesn't like pissing on the other player as a monkey in Primal Rage.

WarGods is on my list tho, it's pretty bad but the concept was there.... kinda

Tower of Druaga...

I don't know if this is anything to be embarrassed about. It had cool game art and it's a fun little labyrinth game. I don't think I've ever seen a dedicated cab. Anyone know what it looks like or if there was one?

Pretty sure just it only came as a standard Namco cocktail cab or kit in Japan.

The cabinet on the back of the flyer looks like it was this one (this was converted to Hyper Olympic).

Hey Archrivals is really fun. I played the heck outta it when it was still in the arcades. The only downside is the art isnt anything special :(

For me it's Hippodrome. A little known fighter that came out just before the Street Fighter era games. You could fight head to head, but the main game was the 1 player gladiator style fights against 8 crazy opponents.

I dumped so many quarters into that game, and eventually beat the giant at the end. I haven't played it since. I'm not sure if its one of those games thats better left with the nostalgic mystique of my teenage arcade years, or if I'd still be into it.

I played this game a lot BITD too but I've heard it's actually pretty easy to beat once you learn a simple way to fight the enemies so it may be a let down now. I've come close to buying a kit a few times but have decided against it.

I honestly wouldn't mind a Moppet for the kids of course...ha ha, and I also wouldn't mind a JAMMA cab to play fight games in. I know all the crap from back in the day the poss killing of games as we used to know it and all, but damn its fun to whoop some ass....LOL BTW Phet I love Rampage as well, played it a lot in the old days, prob cause it was not in use that much.,..
