Arcade games and pins

Estate sale

Yeah,

I am guessing that they won't be "giving" the stuff away. But who knows they may be hurting for funds??? If I can get out of work for a bit Saturday I may take a ride. I dig the Coke clock as well.

"Starting bid for a Coke clock....do I have $400????"

Nice Rob,

I'd go 40 on the clock tops. I don't even really need it but it's cool. Can't really tell what pins they are or if they are poo???

Wow, I think the tag on that CD jukebox says $2275.00.
These must have been the prices on their showroom floor, I couldn't see them pricing like that for a downsizing sale.
I don't really NEED a Galaga. I may have to go look anyway. Damn!

Thanks for the info, Steve!
When you posted about a place in Waterford, I was expecting it to be Palmentere coin-op on Dixie.

I see a World Cup Soccer 94 pin in one of the photos.
I've never played it, but it's a favorite of a friend.
Looks good in this video:

That is a very popular pin. I remember seeing it when it was newer on route, but I don't think I ever played it then. I wanted to play it at the pinball expo last April, but everytime I was around it, it was occupied. Most of the time by the same guy actually.

I wouldn't mind picking up that F14, but it will probably be out of my price range, as I just spent my arcade fund this past weekend. I have had that one in the past and it's a very fun pin. I would love to have that one back.

I went there. The guy is getting out of the retail business, but keeping a repair business due to health reasons. The pins were at full retail. The Robotron that was in the listing was in superb shape and went to another collector - it's only issues were a missing blue start button and the joys weren't the long Wicos. But the game looked near mint. I'll let the member here share his price, if he wants to.

There are some cheap projects, but they are all incomplete. Some parts and boards (sorry, I got all of the good ones already). There were some deals to be had, but it isn't the type of sale to go out of your way for.

Frankly, the best deal was that Robo and I would have bought it at the price it went for just because it was a good deal on one such nice cosmetic shape.

I liked the T2 pinball. Looked nice, and seemed to work good. But $2500 is out of my price range, and I didn't want to insult the guy with a lowball offer.
World Cup 94 pin was also $2500. The tag said it had a new display, but when I played it, it wasn't working right.
I dug through a ton of parts in the back, and didn't see anything that interested me.
He had a populated Dragon's Lair 2 CP, and mylar type marquee. He also had what I think was a tron joystick.
Really nice guy who seems like he is ready to deal on some things. I took his card in case I run into something I can't fix in the future.

How cheap are the cheap projects you speak of? What boards and parts were left over?
There was a pole position in OK shape, not working for $75
Chase HQ also not working, OK shape, for $50.
Guy said he had some empty cabs next door too, but I didn't venture over.

Any chance of there being a pacman marquee there? That's about all I was going to look for up there today.
No pacman marquee, but there is a pacman bezel with a little bit of paint off around the edges.
there were 3 ms pac marquees, 2 of them very faded.

smisch: I know you are doing a track and field restore. I did see an alright marquee for it.

There was also a nice gauntlet legends cab. I think the price was $675 (edit: oops... think i was wrong with that first estimate of $375). I know it was priced lower than I would have expected there.

Thanks for the heads up. Might still make the drive up there later or tomorrow as it's not very far for me, but it doesn't sound like he has what I need. Already have the pac bezel and I have a faded mspac marquee I am looking to get rid of as well.
