arcade -fire -xbox

I got tired of searching all the close by CL, and the pre-built pages were too cluttered for me... so I threw this little page together. Just have to click the link for whatever area I want to search. Don't even have to type it in, it's already there when I bring the page up

How many times have you guys had to type that? My browser has started to remember this so as soon as I type the letter 'a' it comes up.

Does the -fire make all the listings with "fire" not show up? Like that group Arcade Fire.... What if they mention a "fire button" on an arcade game? This might work great, especially in Philly where the stadium has an "arcade" section.

yeah it gets rid of all of that and i didnt know about it and now i do and its awesome

This is what I use:

arcade -dreamcast -genesis -"screen machines" -usb -park -playstation -"memory card" -wii -wireless -iphone -xbox360 -360 -remodeling -xbox -ps2 -ps3 -psp -basketball -synthesizer -"smart cycle" -"arcade fire" -"nintendo ds"

And I add as I can. It still doesn't get all the crap out, as I sometimes get stuff that definitely says xbox sometimes. Adding "arcade fire" inside quotes means it only eliminates posts that have those two words in order, but either word in other areas still comes through. and I know I'd miss out on an Atari Basketball, NBA JAM, or whatever, but I don't care about those games. I just hate seeing those home basketball shooting hoop games listed as "arcade"....

Here is mine... Stupid barber shop at the arcade...

arcade -iPhone -barber -playstation -gameboy -xbox -wii -sony -PSP -"fisher price" -fisher-price -genesis -PS3

That does a pretty good job for me. I also check occasionally with no filter to make sure nothing got through when I am bored.
