Just wanted to share a positive experience I had with Arcade Adventures!
I ordered a bunch of locks from them two weeks back, and got a message that they shipped the following day along with a USPS tracking number. After a few days I noticed that the tracking status still hadn't changed which seemed weird.
After a few more days and still no change, I messaged Arcade Adventures. They wrote back promptly saying they would look into it. After checking with the post office, and finding no clues as to what happened to the package, they shipped out a replacement shipment of locks which arrived yesterday.
I can't thank them enough for their awesome customer service in this age of shady business practices! They've earned a lifetime customer
