My red DK vinyl kit is on its way. I have been doing research and am pretty confident i know how to apply the vinyl to the sides of the cab, but how do you apply it to the front panel...as there are three separate areas to vinyl and it is on the inside so you cant overhang extra vinyl? Do you do all three areas separate? Or do one solid piece by folding over the 90 degree corners? Any help would be appreciated!

when I did my nintendos I removed all 3 front pieces and apply the vinyl wrapping all the edges. Then reassembled.
I wish I had done a tutorial on these cabs :(

I hate applying front panel vinyl. Seems like every time I end up getting atleast one small wrinkle after passing the big coin door hole.

a couple of remedies to that would be placing a piece of wood on the inside of the coin door cutout,
or heat it to shrink it when you start to have those issues.

I was afraid you would say something like that! I really dont feel comfortable ripping apart my cab...at least not my first one..is there a second option??

These are actually quite easy. the blocks are glued to the front pieces and then just screwed into the cabinet sides. One cab had a few staples but the other really just screwed apart pretty easy.
I think the hardest part IIRC is gettng to teh bottom under the coinbox.

Ok...I got the speaker panel...along with the flat piece attached to the bottom off...I think that is as far as I am gonna attempt...the guy that is helping me apply it is a proffesional installer...so I am guessing he wont have problem with coin door panel. My question now is..when I removed the speaker panel I had already painted my sides black...and upon removal it got scratched up...should I wait to touch that up until after vinyl is on and i reattach the speaker panel, or do it now before its installed?
