Applying overlays on corner-cut control panels sucks. Period.

Nice. Since I'm about to do mine hopefully today. Is there a way, or enough room to slide the CPO over to the right some to save the capcom logo? For me, it's an eye sore, and I'm trying to figure out a way around it.
I'd have to take some measurements, but I'm about to do another one and the CPO only has maybe 2-3" to the right of the logo so I don't think there would be a way to have it show completely. I'd say at least 0.5-1" of it will get cut off.
It would have been smarter for them to put the logo somewhere above the buttons. But I don't think they really thought it through with the art in general. I mean, just look at it.![]()
I've wrapped a cut-corner panel before and covered the entire panel with the art. After it is wrapped from top to bottom, take a fine razor knife and cut precisely down the edge of the corner. You'll have a perfect match to the existing curve. Cut off the excess to the back end and simply re-place the corner art onto the corner. That way you keep any possible logos intact.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who has done this? I thought it was pretty obvious. Takes more time, sure. But helps with the really nice looking panel art.
I've got to ask. That's one of the nicest SF2CE control panels I've ever seen... then you put the wrong stick in there. What am I missing heah?
