Gameroom Junkies need YOU! Well, actually your gameroom. I have officially run out of volunteers to let me showcase their gamerooms. It's an easy process - you send it photos of your gameroom, I ask you like 4 questions, and that's it; I do the rest of the work. I'll take your answers, weave them into a cool narrative, add photos and video if applicable, and even send you a free t-shirt for your troubles.

Don't think your gameroom is up to par? Don't worry, we want collections big and small. If you haven't seen what we're talking about, just check out these previous showcases that rock!

We've been compared to an online version of Gameroom Magazine, but we can't be that without your help. All you need do is send in your photos to gameroomjunkies (at) gmail (dot) com. We'll take it from there. C'mon what are you waiting on?

I'm really looking forward to submitting mine. I need to do some drywall repair (bunch of holes from adding electrical circuits), paint, and then it'll be good enough to submit.

But on that note, what are your thoughts on "version 2" (update) type of submissions? I've got 2 game rooms and the main one will be "done" when I submit, but the 2nd one is quite incomplete. It would be nice to do a "version 1" submission soon (assuming you're still hunting for submissions at that point) that focuses mostly on that room, and then when the other room is more complete, submit again.

Seems like allowing this type of submission approach would be a good fit for an "online" showcase site compared to a magazine (I'd imagine Kevin wouldn't have been that keen on the idea). Might also be a good way to prod people into submitting. There might be a lot of people waiting for their gameroom to be 100% "done" before submitting when in reality their rooms are good enough for a cool showcase already.

i suppose i can pick mine up a little bit and submit it.. its krap and nowhere neardone but better then alot of some of the final gameroom mag ones..

I plan to submit an updated video of my game room once my moving bookcase is finished. A lot has changed since my first submission: new games, new layout, blacklight carpet, etc.

Cool guys. I had some folks step up and PM me, so I'm outta the hole right now, but if you still want to share your room, don't wait for me to make another plea - send it anyway.

Dave, your bookcase is AMAZING! I can't wait to post about it.

Thanks guys! Keep 'em comin!

Mine is almost finished. Do you want pics empty or full? :)
You should do a writeup on the whole process, beginning to end, and all the good and bad of it. It would be really educational for people who are thinking about building their own gameroom.

^^^ this. I'm about to begin the process of building an addition to the house that includes a game room/home theater and a 2.5 car garage so reading about other people's experiences would be great!
