Im in the area working and Ill be free all weekend. Is there anything I should check out in Syracuse? I have some cash and Im wanting to buy another cocktail or cabaret. Does anyone wanna hang out maybe? Is there anyone around the area that sells multicade pcbs and parts as I dont wanna wait for shipping and would be nice to bring a cocktail I already bought and me and a local collector can work on it.

You are getting closer. If you really need to get that cocktail running I have a 60-1 board that could go in there.

I don't haft to have it running , I jut thought it would give me something todo this weekend. I would also need a jamma harness, some new buttons and and a power supply. I'd like to buy everything new that's why I was wondering if anyone around here sold multicade parts.

I don't know of anyone that sells parts in the upstate NY area. I do have all those parts new in the basement if you want them. Easy to replace.

If you get the itch for some classic gaming, the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester has many of the old Videotopia (a traveling video game exhibit) games there.

WNY KLOV get together?

Also I can vouch for the Strong Museum. Cool exhibit - they have a Tron LE pin there now too.

Yea someone told me about that but I could nt find anything on the website about it so maybe it's not there any more. Of it is I'd be down for going saturday

Kool... Doesn't anyone wanna go this weekend?

I went last Sunday and I wasn't that impressed. The Discs of Tron was cool and it was nice to play Robotron but the volume was wicked low. I have more games in my store than they have playable there. I guess if you call ahead you can see more but. Don't know if hey are playable or not.

Oh and Syracuse is only and hour and fifteen minutes from my store/arcade.

If you do not mind driving about 1.2 hours west into Rochester there is a great slot car and arcade business called Fantasy Raceways The owner is great to talk to and I do not think there are many places like it anymore. I go there about once a month with my daughter. He has alot of arcade games mostly vintage, driving games and about 4 pinball games Here is a link: http://fantasyraceways.4t.com/

I dont mind driving at all I just want some people to hang out with, my job gets lonely as hell sometimes and depressing as i have a family at home

Then go to Fantasy raceways. You will meet good people there and have a great time. I am heading to Ohio to get a Missile Command or I would meet you there.

Well that's a bummer to hear. It was over the top great when it was the Videotopia display a few years ago.
