Ouch burn!So it looks like the thread died, did you end up trying it? I am ordering from T-molding.com today and I am going to get a sample of the translucent. Sorry about stopping on your idea.
No worries, I just saw your thread, thought it was mine, then noticed you as the the OP, and wondered, WTF? My thread wasn't all that old.
How would one go about using the cabinets existing power supply to run the strip. I am sure it's possible. Just not sure how you would wire it up.
Well el wire runs on 120v ac so it is really easy. Some kits include a inverter so you can use 12v dc in a car, but it is unnecessary in this case.
