Anyone up for repairing Bazooka boards for me?

I saw the "Who repairs what" thread, but no one there claimed to take on all black & white-era boards. Everything is packed and ready to ship out, I just need to find someone who is up to the challenge. The boards appear to be in good condition--no hack jobs, signs of flood damage, usage as a rat toilet, or locust infestation.

This is the game I have (mine is non-working, but the monitor has been tested and works):

That picture is someone else's game, used to show which game I have for reference. Mine aren't booting, just a blank white screen. Voltages have been checked, but no testing has been done on the boards, but the monitor is confirmed to work too.
