Anyone now own a game that over time you had forgotten about?

For me it was Gyruss. How I could've forgotten about that game I'll never know. Years ago when I started collecting, you always think about the games you played the most, and the most popular ones. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Missile Command, etc. "Which one is next on my list to find?" is what I would always say. A friend of mine found my Gyruss in an abandoned church that a former op was using to store games. Sadly, most of the windows were broken out and a lot of the games had bad water damage, etc. He saved Gyruss, got it running and eventually sold it to me for $150. Once I saw the game in his arcade I was like "man I remember Gyruss!"; but up until that point I had forgotten about it for damn near 20 years. I'm glad I have it now....

I read the title of this wrong. I thought you were posting for my grandmother who has been hassling me to get that Kangaroo project out of her garage. That thing has been there for at least 2 years.

Domino Man. Had totally forgotten about it. Saw it in someone's signature. Looked it up, had an "oh yeah!" moment. Found one, bought it.

Front Line. I saw a screen shot in a youtube clip that was posted and couldn't remember the name of the game. But I did remember playing it. After I got the name, I realized that it was the game that I probably put more quarters in back in the day than any other. The quest began to find one and somehow, one came up for sale locally and I picked it up for a great price.

I had completely forgotten about this game.

Cool story, gorfchamp! Mine would be Turbo. I've always had fun with this game in various arcades. When I got the opportunity to grab it at a former op's warehouse, I bought it. It's a mini, in good shape, too.
