I'm looking for some arcade junkies who live up in Alaska. I would love to do some trading, purchasing, story telling, gameroom bragging OR just plain ol' beer drinking! Theres got to be more than me up here in the Tundra. BTW ...... Black Bear hunting next weekend!

i searched cause i remember another person, someone getting a bulk deal with a joust and what not, but it turns out it was natey boy. so he must be the only other guy.

My Mom lives in Anchorage but is not into Arcades.:(
She is moving to Portland in July.
I can't wait till I can drive to see her.:)

I was born and raised there. Worked at the Chuck E Cheese there (Game Room Attendant) through High School. Back then there were several Arcades (Space Station, Charlie Browns, Binkies) plus almost every theater had an Arcade in it.

Left there when I was 17 for the Army, then moved down to Arizona for school and have been here ever since. Some day I'll go back and visit...

Hey Jim, it's just as isolated here... except I get crazies who want to learn to "fix" their machines and it translates into come fix my machine for free :( We should have a Pacific Arcade meet up midway between us, I believer there is a giant man made pile of trash somewhere in that vicinity lol :)

Yeah ...... It would be nice to have some KLOV'ers who live up here who share the same interests. My fellow co-workers think what I do is cool but, they give me that look as if I'm into something a lil childish or wierd. I know secretly they ALL played Donkey Kong and wish they had one too! I just know it ......

It is good to see there are/were some fellow KLOV'ers who at least lived up here at some point. The one thing I know is that there are still a lot of "classic" games up here. Most people wouldn't spend the the $$$ for shipping these things out of here.
