Dear skysthelimit2384,

Per the auction shipping is to be arranged by the buyer...If you need the game palleted and shrinked wrapped, its a 75$ charge.

After the game leaves my warehouse im not responsible for the game. your shipping company will be responsible for the game

Dear skysthelimit2384,

im shipping a few other games out of here, next week....the last guy bought 2 games from me, and is having them shipped to CT. One game cost about 321$ to ship, plus 75$ to have the game palleted and strapped. ill give you the contact info. Shes going to be your safest and best bet. If you want to go this why i can send you a invoice for the palletting and the machine. Then you can contact her, pay for shipping and ill handle the pick up on my end

I try to make this as easiest as i can for the buyer, hope this helps

Heres the contact info

This is where it gets messed up

Dear ilovegames007,

I did some research on your status and found you are not good to deal with those prices are to high and the game is not worth it I'm sorry but I do not feel good about this deal and I feel you should better explain your items for the reason I contacted people you have done buisness with and found you, or your company are not realiable or fair and something isn't right considering you couldn't spell simple words correct in your emails and the pictures were very generic. I have been working, restoring , and selling pinballs for many years and novice is not the proper solution to use to clean a playfield, you need to wax it, so it is obvious you are not sure what you are doing.
Thank you for your time

Ok whats up with that??????? So i send

Dear skysthelimit2384,

Its called Novus, and i have 100% feedback....Its a proper polish/cleaner to use on a playfield.

Im not understanding what you want to do...I do know what im doing, and i have 30 games in my collection...im not a bussiness, im a collector of machines.

ill send you a invoice for the machine, for pickup/ delivery is your responsiblity. My machine/auction was 100% straight forward, and i had nothing to hide...as for looking me up this account under this name has only been ilovegames007 for a few months, and you can see people who have won my auctions have been really happy..

How do u want to move forward????

And i get a reponse....lol

Dear ilovegames007,

I have restore and sell over 2500 pins, I have three warehouses a store and a shop and am the largest destributer for stern pinball in the US .I am not happy with this deal and don't feel you know what you are doing I am not paying for the "unknown" shipping of this machine or will have anything to do with it.

Now that funny!!!!!!!!!!! so i send

Last one...lol

Dear skysthelimit2384,

Lol, in the auction it said "if you want to come check out the machine, we can set up a time for you to come see it". It also said it was being sold "AS IS"..

Is this a joke???

You had to know what shipping was going to cost, if your the "BIGGEST STERN Retailer"

8 feedback and 2 negitive???

If you want out of the deal, pay my ebay fee...and we will be done with it

- ilovegames007

So, he calls me and starts in, calling me a names like were 15...We went back and forth over 237 DOLLARS for 20 mins, Then he hung up on me....lol. Im thinking that he found out that the shipping was going to cost more then the game, and his balls got smaller

Was there a problem with my ebay auction, or was it straight forward? He refuses to pay for fees, and the item
Where do i go now??? How do i block this guy??? This is the first ebay problem ever, for me

Do a reverse phone number search for his number and find his address and go to his house and kick him in the nuts...

I talked to him on the phone at the end....He's from CT....Might just catch the next flight....lol

Go to the help section on Ebay and the Resolution center to start the process for a non paying bidder...

Heres a link to blocked bidder list:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...API.dll?BidderBlockLogin&guest=1&pageType=813

I agree, sounds like some douschebag bidder who either didnt read the whole description (re: he would have to arrange shipping himself) and/or didnt put the shipping expense into reality. Save your communication and report it to eBay as soon as possible. When you file your non-paying bidder alert, keep up with it, youll eventually get your fees reversed and the buyer will get a strike from eBay.

Unfortunately he probably will leave negative feedback and with eBay's new crappy policy (sellers cant do the same), not much you can do. If you have a lot of good feedback I wouldnt worry too much about it. You can at least "respond" to it and anyone who looks at your profile will see that.

The funny thing was , i was catching him in all his Bullshit...Sterns Biggest buyer....lol

Just submit it as a non-paying bidder.Don't be scared of nailing this douche just because of the possibility he could leave you negative feedback.

Don't start the non paying bidder claim until the days of payment have expired AND you have contacted him after to remind him of payment. Then and only then would you have a leg to stand on with ebay on any negative feedback removal.

It's obvious he's not paying but dont jump the gun yet.

Yeah I'm going to wait. I second chanced offered it to another bidder. If he doesn't take it I miight just offer it on klov for cheap

Its easy to block him from all further auctions...there is a button in the feedback to make your own block bidder list (I have some 30 people I have blocked forever---non paying worthless cretins)....I actualyl spoke to EBay the other day about putting a button BACK on the resolution page to automatically add these non paying creeps so you don;t haev the hassle of cut and pasting his name and his email address (two separate things you must do). I also complained to them that if they do NOT pay for an item, I should be allowed to leave negative feedback AND they should be restricted from leaving ME feedback! I just had a creep leave me a negative--AFTER he wanted to return his original BAD power supply to me saying it was mine! (He didn't see I stamped a red TNT logo directly on the green board of the Atari supply!)....sadly, I am stuck with my first negative in 11 years over a $11.99 power supply he REFUSES to return!!
Sadly, its the cost of doing EBay business! Todd

I went through the resolution deal a month ago,i opened the claim and if i remember correctly they were given 4 days to pay me.After the 4 days i closed the claim as still not paid.I was credited my fees and they were unable to leave me feedback, but the cool twist was i was able to leave them feedback, positive only of course. So i did it in caps,"NEGATIVE AS IT GETS,NON PAYING BIDDER" ,what else can ya do_Oh yea they are my first blocked bidder so i had to go and figure that out as well.
The biggest stern distributor in the u.s. should be very well aware of shipping costs from each and every state as surley he ships to them all the time, and the biggest distributor should have accounts with various shippers and be able to get discounts.
I need to get called back to work so i can come visit your warehouse lol.I dont want to show up with empty pockets ya know.
