My wife placed an order for me the other day, and only clicked once when paying. However, i got dinged twice for the $42. i emailed them and havent heard back yet to at least know that they are researching it.

Granted, its only been 2-3 business days but i would at least like to know that they are looking into it. so if anyone knows them and can pass this along, i would appreciate it.
 
Scott is a great guy and has good product, but like many he can be a little slow to respond.


Check your statement, I'm sure he'll figure it out and not double charge you. I've always heard he takes along time to respond to e-mails.
 
I will give him a chance, but i have little tolerance for companies that will accept your order and money immediately but not be able to check emails. the double charge IS on my credit card.. If i dont hear from him by the time i get my product, i am calling my CC company. I am not paying interest on that extra charge.

..being a former customer service rep makes me a very finicky customer. I expect good overall service - not just a good product, if you want my business.
 
mamemarquees.com is a sideline job... not Scotts main one... like most "companies" in this hobby. Just keep that in mind.
