What would happen if I had a large-neck yoke from a 25" tube and put it on a large neck 19" tube with a 19" chassis?

I have a 19" chassis to test that needs a 10-pin large-neck tube and a low impedance (2.5-ohm horizontal/13-ohm vertical) yoke. I have a yoke that is the proper impedance and size, but I think it came off of a 25" (or larger) tube. The yoke will go on okay, but has it's own standoffs rather than using the rubber wedges.

As the impedance is proper, I don't see why it wouldn't work....

Where would I find information about the yoke ratings as listed in this thread? I was wondering about changing out some tubes but using the same type of driver board and neck board that was original to the game. Say I had a bad tube and a good 19" computer tube, what would happen if I swapped the two keeping the computer monitor yoke but say, used a Go7 chassis and neck board as long as the pins matched? I'm sure that I'm not the first to consider this but I haven't tried it yet. Has anyone else?

That wouldn't work, as computer monitor tubes are not the same as arcade tubes. TV tubes would work as a good swap.

Do some searching here for monitor swap info and you'll find most of what you need to know...
