I've ordered before, no problems. I found that the phone was the best way to work with them.

I have ordered from them multiple times always had to call. As I remember there shipping was always very fast.

It is a successful family run business. Being such, they can get a little backed up at times. They have good quality merchandise and are quite helpful, albeit a little slow at times.

I would characterize Arcadeshop as a reseller of various hard to find items that are reproduced from a variety of sources. Consider them the department store of arcade items. His prices may not be the cheapest for those parts, but his quality is usually top notch. Plus he can often negotiate better prices with suppliers because he buys so many units. I have ordered from him 3 or 4 times and would do so again. In fact, I probably need to place an order with Stephen right now. It all depends on what you are needing. If I was looking for raw parts for monitors and what not to do repairs, Bob Roberts is your friend. If I was wanting a repro Donkey Kong monitor bezel, Galaga enhancement pack, switching power supply conversion, and D2K rom set, Stephen Gregory is the guy to see. But hey, that's just my two bits. Your mileage may vary.

Actually just ordered a roller/bearing set and multipede kit for my new Millipede over the phone this afternoon. Real nice guy on the phone, I called around noon and he had it out the door by the afternoon. Unless there's just an empty can of new coke in the box when it gets here, it's all positive here too. :)

I've actually been trying to find an excuse to order with Bob, who also has the bearing/roller kit, but it's one of those really strange times where bob's price is higher than elsewhere. Seems like you pretty much can't go wrong ordering from either place.

I have bought a lot of items from them over the years. Never a bad experience. The programmable Jamma board that they sell is (in my opinion) the best out there...

I gave a list to my parents of Joust parts I wanted for Christmas from Arcadeshop.
And they were under the tree on Christmas Day.

So if my parents can order arcade parts from them, they gotta be good!

I only ever had one smalllllll minor issue with them, they used to sell at the local auction and I bought a small sticker once (donkey kong control sticker, 4 or 5 dollar item) and when I got it home, it was a little smaller than the original. Nintendo might have changed the size of it at some point even, so I can't say for sure anything was even really wrong with it.

I've ordered a ton of stuff from them and if you call it's best. They have good prices on nice quality cpo's too, I bought a centipede cabaret overlay from them that was really nice, etc. Just call them and they'll get your order taken care of.

I've ordered many times from them and never had a problem. It's better to phone your order in, and they don't usually give you a total cost with shipping unless you ask. So far though, they've been willing to work with me and use my suggestions for shipping options to Canada that won't cost me a fortune. For example, if I specifically request USPS First-Class Int'l, they'll do it.

Yep, their ranking is 100% for me too. I've bought stuff from them for my Ms. Pac, Asteroids, TRON, and the Robotron 2084 that I had.

As a followup, the rebuild and multipede kits got here today well packed, and everything works great. Trackball feels fantastic now and playing Centipede after a lot of years is awesome. Zero problems, zero hassle, quality product.
