Anyone interested in a Neo Geo for a hundo? Nor Cal.

I've got a Neo Geo project. Game is in a painted black Williams cabinet with a non-working (no idea why) 19" Toei monitor. Plays blind. Solid cabinet. I was planning to get the monitor fixed and flip it out of here for $250 or something but I don't have time. 2 slot with um....Metal Slug somethingerother and Puzzle Bobble or Bubble Bobble or something. I'll have to check. Yeah, I didn't think this through to well before posting.

Let me know if you want the beast. Otherwise I'll have to work on the darn thing.

And here's some pics. The glass is out of the front but I do have it. Just forgot to put it in there before taking the pics.

Decent robotron cab, someone should buy this and restore it back to robotron 2084 glory before I make a pitty buy.

I think it's a little different than Robotron. Might be a Sinistar. I've got a pic around here somewhere of it next to Robotron that shows the difference. I think I posted it on AHA...I'll see if I can find it.

oH yeah, Sinistar. meh.... never mind.

Good luck

I'd guess Joust if its wide (uncommon version with straight front bottom edges), Bubbles if its 2 inches narrower, or sinistar if the monitor was rotated, itd be worth checking the cab to see what it was originally

I've confirmed that it is Puzzle Bobble and Metal Slug 3 carts in the thing. Still available for $100. I have a monitor that I can throw in that has a nice screen for another $50...but....some assembly required.

I suppose I could sell the Neo Geo and games out of it and just give away the cabinet to someone who wants it....if I can make more than $100 on the deal but it's a pain in the butt so I'd rather unload the whole heap on someone.

Any takers? If not, make offers on the Neo Geo + carts and I'll consider that.

Thanks guys.

Things sure take a while to move these days, good job

My final guess is that it was a bubbles cabinet... because of the orange coin rejects and the centered speaker cutout...
