I think its some sort of scam. My buddy was bidding on it and the seller emailed him the high bidder was fake less than an hour after the auction ended. Seemed really fast to figure that out to the detail he send my buddy.

If you can't go pick it up, I would say pass. If you can go get it, be careful..

yeah I think theres something fishy about it too, I had emailed the person several days before the auction ended and asked if it was ok if I could stop by and take a look at the game and they responded with no

Price on something rare like that can be just about anything. I think somewhere between $750-$1250 is what one would be normally worth..

All it takes is 2 people.. 1 if your using shill bidders.

$1500 is a good price for all original and fully working in nice shape. I paid $2000 for the first one I bought and $1600ish on the Home Use Only one that was dead. Until I replaced a fuse that is.....

Wow, that is one awesome Journey you have there. I just looked at the pictures on your site and it is gorgeous.

watch out! that guy is now listing a discs of tron (cut cab enviro). My buddy says he refuses to talk to him on the phone and will only send email replies.

I would say if you can't get it in person, don't send this guy money...

Not sure what was so fishy about the guy. He offered to let me see it and since I am originally from Miami we spoke for a bit about things. He has company info from where he works, phone number to call, everything. If the guy was going to be pulling something "fishy" I think he would do something better than a Journey arcade game, LOL.

I'm 100% certain this stuff affected the final price but the questionable stuff you guys were talking about I had no problems with. *shrug*

Someone didn't pay the first time it was listed, and again, the guy has a company he works for with the game AT the place, so if he wanted to scam someone he would be doing a piss poor job...I think everyone needs to see what it is like collecting NES games (Stadium Events) and see what "scams* are really about, LOL
