Does anyone have a Carvewright or Compucarve CNC machine that you use to cut special pieces? I use mine for CP's and holes in backs of cabinets. Attached is the Multiwilliams panel that I am cutting right now.

Love it! Had lots of trouble at first, though. If you get one, save yourself hours of grief and change the chuck to a Rock Chuck before you even carve the first piece. The chuck that comes on them is a piece of crap and will ruin most projects. This CP that I carved took 13 minutes to do. The part that I really like is that the dimensions are exact.

Thanks. I agree the CP's that I have cut on it have been perfect. Just have to put in the correct dimensions. I was lucky enough to pick it up at a Sears for only $300.00. It had been returned, but I saved a ton and it works great now that I changed the chuck.

If you find another deal like this I'll give you 100 bucks for your time and pay the shipping for you to send it to me :001_ssuprised:

I check every Sear's I see and have never found another for sale at any price. I just got very lucky. They actually had two of them when I bought mine, but I didn't know if I would like it or not. I wish I had bought both of them. I have been making cp's for a local cabinet maker and I am having trouble keeping up. Maybe I'm not charging enough.:) I'm selling them to him for $25.00 and he's turning around and selling them for $50.00.

Thanks for posting the files! I am going to pick one of these up this weekend. Where did you get your CPO?
