Anyone Here Ever Build a Working QBert Jamma Adaptor?

I have a few recently acquired QBert boards I wanted to test and need pointers or tips on how to make one of these. I've looked at the pinout at jammaboards.com and they look a little complicated. I only need it to test the video, not the inputs. Any useful help appreciated.

I have a rig for the bench to test all the qbert boards. I also have a switcher I can throw in there if I dont want to run an original psu. I do have sync issues....Bill, whats this sync combiner and why does it need it?
I can get it to sync enough to work on boards but its never perfect. Makes no sense because its the same as if it were in a game just not in a cab. Im using an original wiring harness.
