A random thing I would like to collect is some store display kiosks for my favorite systems. Anyone have a collection or maybe one or two of these they would like to show off? I have an idea of the ones I want but maybe there are some out there that are cool and I don't know about. Show some pics if you've got them!

I personally want...
-N64
-Super Nintendo
-Virtual Boy
-Gamecube
-Pokemon Snap Station
-Xbox

On that note, is there anyone around VA looking to get rid of any for a decent price?

These are in my profiles gallery

I no longer own the Xbox kiosk. Sold it a few months back to pick up my first (well, first after a few years of not having any) arcade game. Made a good deal... bought it for about $80 ($50 for the machine, $30 in gas) and sold it for $300

I recently added two styles of DS kiosk, a PSP counter top, a PS3 counter top (sadly, missing the screen) and an Xbox 360 counter top kiosk (also missing the screen)

I really need to get pictures of those

That's what I'm talking about. I really like all of those, too bad anyone owning the Virtual Boy one knows what they have and won't let it go for cheap. Hopefully I can find a Gamecube, N64, or SNES one because they all look really good.

I always wanted to get a Colecovision one like the one I used to play at Montgomery Wards but good luck finding that....

On a side note there was a Vectrex one on ebay recently and I believe it went for a couple of grand....

I actually had two of the VB displays for a little while.

A friend of mine at the high school's parents had one. I asked if they wanted to sell it (he didn't care), and gave them $35 for it.

The second was from another friend in high school... I don't remember which year I found out he had it, but it took 5 years after to get it from him. I was in to it about $100 (traded a PSP 3001). Then I traded the old one (this one was more complete) for a Neo Geo MVS.

My old boss from Game Crazy is opening a new store since ours shut down. His friend is funding everything... he claims to have a brand new, in box, display. He also says they aren't worth much (last one on ebay went for $4XX and would have been around $100 to ship)... I think he's full of crap... because he also says he knows where a few are for sale, cheap... but I haven't been able to get him to hook me up

I posted a link to that one when it was up... it's burried in the general arcade chat somewhere...

I had a PSX one but it was pretty busted, only one I have now is a Dreamcast one and I love it because it is small. I was tempted to buy a Gamecube one but it wasn't the one I really like like the one in the picture above...

Only ones I really want is a Nintendo 64 one and Virtual Boy one...

What do you guys think about this model? I am set up to pick it up on Sunday.

Also owned a vb kiosk like shown above, 2 years ago paid like 700 somehting shipped and packed likea tank, sold it on ebay 1 year ago for like 550 plus shippping

Also had an snes one.
Sold it to some local douchbag who left me neg feedback on ebay becuz it didn't come with a snes system with serial number matching kiosk, wtf , I coulda told them that, it was just my old snes in there, fukin tards.
This was after they took like a month to pick it up. And just showed up one day at my house.

Always wanted an n64 one.

Just curious about the Xbox one. Can two people get it up stairs and into a van? How was the build quality of the overall machine, did it look well made? Thanks for the help.

the one you posted is built like a brick shit house. OR tbuilt like a tank even
It a heavy fawker as well. 2 ppl maybe def not 1 person

I want an SNES kiosk so bad...

As for the Xbox Kiosk... That one is pretty cool. Looks smaller than the one I had.

Mine had a base that was almost like cast iron. It wasn't too heavy, just awkward.

I'm not a huge fan of the original Xbox, that's why I sold mine (plus, $250 in profit didn't hurt)

How much are you getting it for? As always, prices are subject to location and such, but just be aware, I've seen several original xbox kiosks, and none of them went for very much... The original Xbox is probably my least favorite system...

Mid to late 80's I had an Atari 5200 display like the one pictured.
My best friend has one now, he also has-Dreamcast, X-Box, GameCube, N64 (Big heavy MFer), GameBoy Advance, countertop SNES, and PS2. He almost got an Atari 2600 with the super big PCB with something like 50 games roms on the board, but he does have the Imagic game display case game switcher.
I might be getting a 3D0 one pretty soon.

That is pretty bad-ass.

Would love to see the PS3 counter top one you mentioned. Please post a pic of it if you can.

Thanks

A friend of mine in MA has an XBox kiosk in his comic book shop like the one that DK81 posted. He is looking to sell it, but not sure what he wants for it. Goodle "Comically Speaking" if you are in the region and interested. His name is Patrick.

Very Nice!!!!!

I also remember playing a 2600 kiosk at K mart way back when.....

That would be cool owning!!!!

I sit one foot from an Xbox 360 kiosk at work, and maybe 20 feet from a PS3 kiosk. They don't get turned on very often though.
