I made one out of a clamp on lamp and handheld mirror. I just drilled a hole in the handle of the mirror and removed the lamp from the clamp/arm and attached it to the mirror. Then I kept the lightbulb and socket to use as a dummy load when fixing monitors. :)

But, in the related items of the link you gave, there's one of these: http://www.amazon.com/ICU7-Personal-Security-Clip-On-Diameter/dp/B002FTOFVY/ref=pd_sim_sbs_indust_1 , which looks very similar to what I made.

EDIT: kinda like this: http://www.noiselandarcade.net/inde...-rig-a-monitor-adjusting-mirror-thingamajig// , except my mirror is a little bit smaller and round.

Excellent. I considered that as well, but I wasn't sure a lamp neck would be strong enough to hold a mirror up.

I have built what Dogp described as well. It works great and I think I first got the idea from a post Frizz made years ago.

However I may buy the parts Ken Layton pointed out, the small mirror works great but there are times I wish I could see a larger portioin of the screen.
