Anyone have/played these early Namco games

Never seen one in the wild- in fact not much info about them out there at all, as far as I can tell. But I put a spinner on my Mr/Mrs. Pac MAME cab just so I could play them, and they are quickly becoming favorites of mine. Like pinball, there are certain rules or sequences to follow to get to a high score- eliminate a whole section of blocks to raise the points given from a certain bumper, etc. Considering that Toru Iwatani created Pac Man, it is interesting that his other games (these and Libble Rabble) have stayed in such obscurity.

I've played a couple of them in MAME, but I suck at that style of game, so I didn't care much for them.

I *think* I've seen a Gee Bee cab before. If I did; I'm sure it was converted.

I'm sure it's like the Taito scenario from these years... that a lot of these never wound up on US soil.

Member dluck here has a Namco built Gee Bee upright (has Gremlin stickers on it) that's made it to a few CAXs (thanks, Dale!).

I played Cutie Q years ago on a Japanese PlayStation running Namco Museum Vol. 2. That was one of the games (omitted from the American version). The game also had (and recommended) a specific paddle controller, which I was also able to play the game with. I'd love to find it/play it again if I could, in arcade form or PlayStation. Both are hard to find.

How did you like the game? Was this the controller you used?
