Anyone have experience with Rottendog Amusements?

I'm just curious. I'm dealing with an issue right now that I won't get into at this time but I'm starting to question their customer service.
 
once i had a bad board they sent me a new one.i sent the broke one back but never like got credit for shipping it back.but i have been very happy with all there stuff.
 
Everyone is gonna have positive and negative responses, that the nature of business and you have to realize that you can't please everyone. So because your having an issue it may be an isolated issue. Be patient with them, you should have asked about them before you dealt with them not after the fact!
 
You also have to remember that they are most likely a small company and that it IS the holiday season. I know of a couple "arcade-related" businesses like this that are taking a week or two off during the Christmas break.

That being said, we've used them several times and never had a problem...
 
I bought a replacement WPC089 CPU Board from Jim. I put it in my game and I blew U20 (was my game's fault not the board). I sent it to Jim and had it back within a week, excellent service.

I'm not going to comment on this at this time. I WILL say that the issue doesn't have anything to do with the holiday season.
 
rottendog has always been great,ive bought at least 8 different boards so far without a hitch.as far as money for shipping,consider it gas in the car,if you bring a damaged item back to home depot and told them they owed you gas money for the return of thier defective part, you wouldnt get it.Dont get mad at the comments,we dont know the situation because your not telling it.
