Anyone Have Experience With Maxtrol Crane Control Boards? Mission Crane

Hey all, I recently picked up a new claw machine to place in a location and have been cleaning it up and getting it ready to move in when the business opens up...

Recently I had a few friends over and they played it and said the claw was too loose and I have to agree with them (how often do you find an op complaining about a claw being too loose?!?), however I have gone over the entire control board and there is no adjustment pot for the claw tension anywhere!!

In my opinion if a claw doesn't grab hard enough people will only play it once and from there on they will remember that location and never play again, I would rather have people feel like they had a chance, maybe loose a few more plush, but at the end of the day end up with people who play multiple times...

The bad news inside the crane there is a big sticker that was placed by the manufacturer saying something like everyone should have the same chance to win prizes and that they will offer no support in attempting to adjust the claw tension, so I am screwed when it comes to getting help from the crane manufacturer...

Anyway the crane is made by Mission crane its a very fancy solid oak claw machine, I picked it up for a high end mexican resturant.
And the crane control board is made by maxtrol, I found there website and contacted them, however they have the worse customer support I have ever seen...

So I am wondering if any of you have dealt with this crane or control board and if so have you had any luck with finding a way to adjust the claw tension??
