Anyone have a good scan of the Firefox AR-II Supplemental Wiring Diagram?

See if you can read this….

Out of curiosity, is there a specific problem you're trying to solve, such that you need the AR wiring diagram?

AR's aren't wired all that differently between games. You have 10.3V DC and 36V AC in, and 5V/+22/-22V (and optionally +12V and -5V) out. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out what the connections should be, either from other game schematics, and/or the switching schematics.

Bee tee dubs…. I have one more Firefox manual, 1st Printing, for sale. It comes with the dip sheet but not the schematics. It's pretty minty.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post that schematic!
I wanted to confirm the speaker connections as well as the audio I/O.
Although the results are the same, the actual connector housing at P8A has many more wires than shown on the schems, instead of taking off the leads, they jammed all the connections into the housing. Again, the same results but different approach.
The reason for all this is that I had audio on one side of my Firefox and not the other, the second volume control knob did nothing.
I checked the Dexter, pulled and sounded the Utility Panel and even checked the two speakers (upper and front) to no avail.
Pulled the schems out and traced backwards, turned out to be a defective TDA2002.
Pulled both @ 10L & 11L (L&R channels) and upgraded to TDA2003's.
Problem solved....
Thank you again for posting those diagrams.
Jeff

I recently got one of these to scan in.

Unfortunately the wiring diagram page was printed very lightly.

Not sure this is any better than the other versions out there.

Thank you but I was originally looking for the schems that contained the A/RII and Powerbrick set-up. That legible one is for the switching p/s......

Understood. However that one has everything BUT the AR's. And AR's and bricks are the same, and have the same pinouts in all Atari schematics.

So I would think someone would be able to infer whatever they would need from the two sets of docs. (Which I guess you did? I thought you had solved your problem earlier anyway.)

Either that, or someone would have to sit down and fix the light-printed copy for what's missing, with the info from the other docs.

Sweet! That one looks much better. Did you scan that yourself?

@pashdown, can we get this on arcarc? Page 14 (page 16 of the PDF) is much clearer in this scan. (I'm not even sure if arcarc has any FF docs. I don't see any the Atari/Kee folder.)
Yeah, just scanned it at 300 dpi, I figured any higher was overkill but I do hate fuzzy schematics.
My Firefox docs came from Milt Loper as he had a file box full of 1st printing Atari manuals and such that he passed along when I purchased his proto Paperboy a few years back. They are all mint.

Added under PDF_LaserDisc_Games.

At some point I want to reorganize the whole site in a more coherent hierarchy, but not today.
