In my arcade room, there isn't much space so my cabs are packed in there side to side so I realized that nobody will ever see the sideart. Being in California, I always get jealous of your expansive basement/game rooms.Yeah, easy to cut the parts and assemble if you have a CNC. I did all mine with a hand router using an original Centipede cabaret as a template. Then I had to measure the old one to try and get all the parts in the right place. I didn't discover the plans online till I was long done with my first cabaret scratch build. The online plans are for the Tempest cabaret, which does have a few differences, mainly the entire roof piece with the vent holes cut in. It still works great and most people will never know the difference. I love your 720 cabaret, interesting that you chose the woodgrain over going silver vinyl with custom-sized 720 side art.
For me, it was cheaper and quicker to just stain and poly the sides instead of ordering the custom side art. I just discovered Rubio Monocoat and its derivatives and its really easy to put on and looks better than anything I used to stain with other stuff. I have thought of going with silver T molding recently but been busy trying to put together a Paperboy. Man, real controllers are impossible to get!
